Job summary

Insomniac, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to manage the execution and delivery of creative assets for campaigns. You will oversee workflows, timelines, and approvals, acting as the primary liaison from kickoff through show weekend.

The role requires 1–2 years of project coordination experience and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business marketing or management or related experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary creative project contact for assigned brands, providing updates on status, timelines, bandwidth, and direction with the brand lead.
• Translate campaign objectives into clear creative requests while maintaining timelines and considering designer/editor bandwidth.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow of design and media projects, documenting revisions and keeping deliverables on track.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Booking, PR, Merchandise, Production, Social, Creative, and Executive stakeholders.
• Maintain ticket requests, timelines, briefs, and calls-to-action as campaigns evolve.
• Ensure requests are complete and aligned with campaign goals on the brand side.
• Identify timeline errors before submissions and during asset reviews.
• Monitor scope, timelines, and bandwidth to resolve issues with brand leads.
• Lead project communication through standups, status updates, and kickoff meetings.
• Route assets for review and ensure edits are communicated and applied promptly.
• Develop timelines and deadlines aligned with campaign schedules and bandwidth.
• Ensure finalization of all requests with organized documentation.
