• 5+ years of experience in creative project management or design operations
• Experience in high-volume creative environments (agency/entertainment)
• Strong coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow of the Design department
• Balance workload, assign projects, and monitor timelines
• Lead intake, kickoff, and progress reviews with stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of key visuals, art packages, and campaigns on time
• Maintain project documentation and asset archives
• Support QA and delivery-readiness reviews
