Job summary

Insomniac Events is seeking an energetic Entertainment Project Manager to support the operations and execution of large-scale events. This role reports to the Entertainment Director and requires in-office presence at event locations, with frequent team coordination and travel.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in event coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced festival environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event coordinating and execution.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Motivated with an 'everything is possible' attitude.
• Able to stand for four hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement all departmental and event protocols set by the Entertainment Director.
• Receive emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the Director as necessary.
• Review and submit final show budgets as requested.
• Advance travel, visas and accommodations for staff and performers at each event.
• Liaise with HR and Accounting to ensure onboarding is timely.
• Secure and oversee bids from vendors and artists as needed.
• Manage payroll for Entertainment Dept staff including Performers, Production Assistants, Glamour team & vendors.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse management for department assets.
