Job summary

The role oversees project workflows, timelines, approvals and serves as the main liaison for creative requests from kickoff through show weekend. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of project coordination experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary creative project contact for assigned campaigns and coordinate updates on status, timelines, and creative direction.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow of design and media projects, document revisions, and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Booking, PR, Merchandise, Production, Social, Creative, and Executive stakeholders.
• Maintain tickets, timelines, briefs, and calls-to-action as campaigns evolve.
• Quality-control tickets and assets, noting any edits needed for approvals.
• Lead standups, status updates, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder check-ins.
• Assist in developing timelines and deadlines aligned with campaign schedules and designer bandwidth.
