Job summary

Zoom is seeking a creative workflow lead to orchestrate end-to-end creative operations across design, video, motion, and copy. You will manage intake, scoping, resourcing, scheduling and prioritization, partnering with designers and leadership to move from concept to delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in creative operations, fluency with Figma, Jira, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to implement AI-powered workflows that boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Design, Technology, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in creative operations, creative project management, or related creative role.
• Deep understanding of design and creative workflows, especially within Figma.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders across initiatives.
• Ability to build trust, align teams, and communicate clearly across levels.
• Curiosity and fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing creative workflows from intake through delivery, including project scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Building deep relationships across internal teams and external partners, communicating with clarity and grace while aligning goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partnering with designers and creative teams to improve processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure inputs/resources.
• Developing and implementing AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Building and maintaining systems in Figma, Jira, and other collaboration platforms to improve visibility and productivity.
• Evaluating emerging AI and creative technologies and integrating them into workflows.
