Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Sr. Creative Operations Manager to shape and scale how Brand & Creative teams work. You will own the end-to-end creative operations system, from intake to delivery, and leverage AI and automation to strengthen efficiency.

You will collaborate with leaders to forecast capacity, allocate resources, and implement scalable processes across a high-volume, multidisciplinary portfolio of work.

Qualifications

5-7 years in creative/marketing operations or related field.
Experience managing cross-functional, end-to-end projects from planning to delivery.
Hands-on with AI-assisted workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end creative operations, including intake, scoping, prioritization, workflows, and delivery.
Forecast capacity, allocate resources, and balance workloads across priorities.
Champion AI to rethink workflows and accelerate production.
Partner with leadership to align briefs, scope, and approvals.
Evolve creative operations ecosystem with PM and DAM tools.
