Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Sr. Creative Operations Manager to shape and scale Brand & Creative workflows. You’ll own end-to-end creative operations, from intake and prioritization to resource planning and delivery, using AI, automation, and emerging tech to drive speed and quality.

This hybrid role supports onsite work in Sherman Oaks or Mountain View, CA, partnering with leadership to forecast capacity, optimize resources, and improve efficiency while scaling the creative organization.

Qualifications

5-7+ years in creative operations, marketing operations, or related field.
Deep understanding of multidisciplinary workflows and cross-functional delivery.
Track record of scalable processes and capacity management.
Hands-on AI tools experience (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
Experience with project management platforms and DAM systems.
Excellent communication, judgment, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

Own and improve end-to-end creative operations, from intake to delivery across high volume work.
Lead complex creative initiatives with structured project plans and milestones.
Forecast capacity, allocate resources, and balance workloads with leadership.
Champion AI to rethink workflows, automate manual tasks, and scale best practices.
Align cross-functional stakeholders on briefs, scope, timelines, and approvals.
Evolve our operations ecosystem including PM tools and DAM systems.
Use data and retrospectives to identify trends and improve processes.
Navigate priorities with sound judgment and stakeholder alignment.
