Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Creative Workflow Lead to manage end-to-end creative workflows, from intake through delivery, aligning scope, resources and timelines to deliver high-quality work.

You will partner with designers, writers, video and leadership to optimize processes, implement AI-powered tools, and build systems in Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Cloud to boost visibility and productivity across the creative organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Design, Technology, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of design and creative workflows, especially with Figma; move from concept to delivery.
• Experience managing complex creative projects and stakeholders; balance priorities and timelines.
• Build trust and align internal/external teams; communicate clearly and diplomatically.
• Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, automation and emerging technologies; turn into practical workflows.
• Experience building automated or AI-powered workflows is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Managing creative workflows from intake through delivery, including project scoping, resourcing, scheduling and prioritization.
• Building deep relationships across internal teams and external partners, communicating with clarity and grace while aligning stakeholders around goals, expectations, timelines and deliverables.
• Partnering with designers and creative teams to improve processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects have the right inputs and resources.
• Developing and implementing AI-powered tools, automations and workflows that improve efficiency across the creative organization.
• Building and maintaining systems in Figma, Jira and other creative collaboration platforms to improve visibility, organization and team productivity.
• Evaluating emerging AI and creative technologies and identifying opportunities to integrate them into existing workflows. Evolving team tools, systems and workflows to support a fast-moving creative organization.
