Job summary

Engine is seeking a visionary Creative Leader to own the AI-assisted creative engine and scale high-volume, on-brand work. You’ll design end-to-end creative pipelines, build tools, guardrails, and QA systems, partnering with Growth to accelerate output while maintaining taste and originality.

You’ll lead a team of designers, editors, AI specialists, and producers in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment, with hybrid or remote work options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative strategy or creative leadership with measurable business impact.
• Portfolio spanning experiential or event creative and performance-driven digital work.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI and creative technology.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end creative pipeline: workflows, prompt libraries, components, guardrails, asset databases.
• Drive innovation in applying AI to stand out and establish QA systems for scale.
• Lead creative for events, conferences, activations, and field moments with brand alignment.
