Job summary

Zoom’s Brand Creative Marketing team seeks a creative workflow lead to streamline processes from intake to delivery. You will collaborate across design, video, and copy disciplines, implement AI-powered tools, and ensure projects have the right inputs and resources.

You will build and maintain systems in Figma, Jira, and other platforms, driving efficiency and visibility while aligning stakeholders across seniority levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, technology, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in creative operations, project management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of design workflows and creative processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing creative workflows from intake through delivery, including scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Building relationships across internal teams and external partners, aligning goals and timelines.
• Partnering with designers to improve processes and inputs, resources.
• Developing and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Building and maintaining systems in Figma, Jira, and other collaboration platforms.
• Evaluating emerging AI/creative tech and integrating into workflows.
