Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in creative/marketing operations or related field.
• Deep understanding of multidisciplinary creative workflows.
• Track record building scalable processes and managing capacity.
• Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for workflows.
• Experience with major PM platforms (ClickUp, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication, judgment, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative operations, including intake, scoping, prioritization, workflows and delivery.
• Project manage complex initiatives from kickoff to delivery with milestones and risks.
• Forecast capacity, allocate resources, and balance workloads across priorities.
• Champion AI to rethink workflows, automate manual work, and improve production speed.
• Partner with leadership to align briefs, scope, timelines and approvals.
• Evolve the creative operations ecosystem and asset management tools.
• Use data and retrospectives to identify trends and improve team performance.
• Navigate priorities with sound judgment and collaboration.
