Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management — build client relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted advisor.
• Business Development — prospect new clients using property data to drive sales and close deals.
• Teamwork — collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to maximize sales results.
• Build market acumen — develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE trends in your territory.
