Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales and account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, required.
• Driver's license and driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build client relationships to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor.
• Business Development – prospect new clients using property data to close new business.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
• Industry acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising and CRE trends in your market.
• Travel – conduct regular in-person meetings with clients as needed.
