Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in CRE or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management to drive advertising revenue.
• Prospect new clients using data to grow sales.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to close deals.
• Develop understanding of digital advertising strategies and market trends.
• Schedule regular in-person meetings, travel as needed.
• Build long-term client relationships with a service mindset.
