Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful B2B full-cycle sales in CRE, digital advertising, or data/analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Driving license required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build client relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Business Development – prospect new clients using property data to close sales.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising and CRE trends.
• Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support and insights to clients.
• In-person meetings with clients; travel required.
