Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Executive for LoopNet New Jersey, onsite in Iselin, NJ, to partner with owners and brokers and drive a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for properties online.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, advise on frequency and reach, and demonstrate ROI using our analytics tools while prospecting and expanding your portfolio with market insights and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management in B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person university or college.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build client relationships to drive advertising revenue and advise on marketing plans.
• Business Development – prospect new clients using property data to drive sales.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Business Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising and CRE trends per territory.
• Customer Focus – maintain regular in-person meetings and travel as needed to support clients.
