Job summary

CoStar Group in Atlanta is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for LoopNet to drive digital advertising revenue. You will prospect, build relationships with owners and brokers, and close new business with consultative selling and data-driven insights.

You'll leverage our market knowledge and analytics tools to demonstrate ROI, manage a full sales cycle, and travel as needed to meet clients. The role is on-site at our Atlanta office and offers uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales and account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or data analytics.
• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build client relationships to drive advertising revenue and serve as trusted advisor.
• Business Development – prospect new clients using property data to drive sales and close deals.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Analytical selling – leverage data to advise on ROI and marketing strategy.
• Travel – conduct regular in-person meetings with clients, potentially outside driving radius.
