Qualifications

4+ years of successful full-cycle sales in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising or related services.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted advisor on marketing strategy.
Prospect new clients to drive sales using CoStar Group data and insights.
Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to grow revenue and accounts.
Develop expertise in digital advertising for CRE markets and report on performance metrics.
Conduct regular in-person meetings requiring travel and adherence to driving radius.
