Job summary

LoopNet, a CoStar Group company, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive advertising revenue and build long-term client partnerships in the Iselin, NJ area. You will develop digital marketing strategies, present ROI insights, and close new business with top CRE owners and brokers.

You will join a growth-focused team with extensive training, travel as needed, and opportunities for career advancement within LoopNet and CoStar Group.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management to grow advertising revenue and advise on marketing plans.
• Prospect new clients and close new business using CoStar/LoopNet data.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales.
• Analyze market data and prepare ROI and performance insights for clients.
