Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Sales Support specialist to assist bankers and CRE teams in delivering sales, service and loan support. The role involves onboarding new accounts, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with IRM partners to drive client portfolio growth.

The candidate should have five years in financial services, CCS experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position supports CRE loans, deposits, and Treasury services within a 1st shift in the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five years of related experience in financial services
• Two years of experience in a CCS role or similar
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to complete all CCS training curriculum core courses
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to bankers, including pipeline accuracy, onboarding deposits, CRM data maintenance, and scheduling
• Develop portfolio growth by recognizing referral opportunities and coordinating with IRM partners
• Pull reports, attend meetings, and communicate findings within the team
• Deliver superior client service to CRE clients and resolve client issues promptly
• Assist in servicing CRE loans, deposits and Treasury-related tasks including forms, documentation, and wire processing
• Support portfolio management with accurate client assignment and reporting, elevating issues as needed
• Assist bankers with general loan support, ensure compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML, collect client information, and conduct research
• Support problem loan management and collection activities by reviewing past due reports and contacting clients
