Job summary

Truist is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to provide sales, service, and loan support to Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff within the Commercial Banking portfolio.

The role covers client onboarding, deposit account administration, treasury onboarding, and ongoing client communication to sustain portfolio growth. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and related training required.
• Three years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client communications.
• Provide servicing support for Commercial loans, deposits, and treasury-related activities; process forms and documentation.
• Assist with loan processing, compliance, and portfolio management including follow-ups and reporting.
