Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Houston seeks a CCS support specialist to assist Relationship Managers with sales support, pipeline accuracy, and client outreach, including onboarding deposit accounts and Treasury tasks to drive portfolio growth.

You will pull reports, participate in meetings, and provide timely follow-up across loans, deposits, and fee services, ensuring accurate data, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers by providing sales support, including assistance with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, opening and onboarding deposit accounts, Treasury onboarding, and client communications to support client contact strategy.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth by recognizing referral opportunities and partnering with IRM teams to address client needs.
• Support banker team by pulling reports, attending meetings, and completing follow ups with clear internal communication.
• Provide superior client service to Commercial Community Bank clients, taking ownership of needs and ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in servicing Commercial loans, deposits and fee services, including forms, account opening, reports, payments, fraud resolution, and general maintenance.
• Assist in portfolio management with accurate client assignment and data, monitoring reports and elevating as needed.
• Assist with general loan support, ensuring compliance with Reg B, BSA/AML, and other regulations; collect client information and follow up.
• Assist with problem loan management and collections by reviewing past due reports and contacting past due clients.
