Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales, Service and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in serving commercial client portfolios across the Commercial Community Bank segments. You will help with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client outreach, while supporting loan processes, deposits, and treasury-related tasks.

Under supervision, you will ensure timely data, compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML, and collaborate with RM and IRM partners to drive portfolio

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers and drive pipeline accuracy and client outreach.
• Deliver superior service support for Commercial loans, deposits and treasury-related tasks; assist in account opening and documentation.
• Assist with general loan support, regulatory compliance, and portfolio management activities.
