Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Sales Support professional for its Commercial Community Bank division. You will assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, client communications, and onboarding deposits, while ensuring CRM data is current.

You will also handle loan and service tasks, support portfolio management, and participate in leadership-driven regional projects. Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent Education and related training required.
• Three years of CCS experience or equivalent in related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete CCS training curriculum core courses.
• Knowledge of bank services and financial industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, pipeline accuracy, call prep, onboarding deposits, and client communications.
• Support the sales process by recognizing referral opportunities and coordinating with IRM partners.
• Provide reports and data, attend meetings, and communicate within the team.
• Deliver superior client service and resolve client needs for Commercial Banking clients.
• Assist in servicing loans, deposits, and fee services, including forms, openings, and documentation.
• Assist in portfolio management and data accuracy for client assignments.
