Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales Support Professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff across client portfolios. You will help with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client outreach while maintaining CRM data accuracy and providing strong service for Commercial loans and deposits.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years in financial services, solid communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, call prep, onboarding deposits, client communications, and CRM data upkeep.
• Service Support: provide client service for Commercial loans, deposits, and fee services; assist in account opening and processing.
• Loan Support: assist with loan processes, compliance with regulations, data collection, and follow-up.
