Job summary

Truist is seeking a team-oriented professional to provide sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders handling Commercial client portfolios in the United States. The role covers client onboarding, reporting, and proactive client contact to grow the portfolio.

Under supervision, you will assist with servicing loans, deposits, and treasury tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CCS experience strongly preferred.
• Associate’s degree in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Mangers by providing sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and onboarding deposits.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth by recognizing referral opportunities and coordinating with RM and IRM partners.
• Provide superior client service to Commercial Community Bank clients and assist in servicing loans, deposits and treasury-related tasks.
