Job summary

Truist Wealth in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced support professional to assist Relationship Managers with sales enablement, CRM data accuracy, and client outreach to grow the portfolio. This role supports portfolio management, loan servicing, and treasury activities while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior CCS experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support and CRM data accuracy.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth through referrals and product knowledge.
• Pull reports, attend meetings, and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide superior client service to Commercial Community Bank clients and take ownership of client needs.
• Assist in servicing Commercial loans, deposits and treasury-related tasks, including forms, documentation, and wire processing.
• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management and accurate client data.
