Job summary

The role entails coordinating with RM/IRM teams, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the sales process to drive portfolio growth. A High School diploma and 3 years of related experience are required, with a strong emphasis on communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
• Three years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, including pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client communications.
• Provide servicing support for Commercial loans, deposits, and Treasury-related tasks.
• Assist in loan process, stay in compliance with regulations, and help with collections if needed.
