Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments as requested by caseworkers.
• Observe and supervise parent-child visits.
• Complete forms and document client contact in agency systems (IMPACT).
• Maintain appointment calendar for scheduling requests from caseworkers/supervisor.
• Perform clerical duties to support unit operations (typing, filing, etc.).
• Promote respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and contacts.
