Position requires high school diploma or equivalent, with substitutions for college credits. Travel up to 95% is expected; regular full-time work with a daytime shift. Salary ranges from $3,007 to $3,946 monthly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Child Protective Investigations and community resources.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Ability to supervise children of various ages.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
• Experience in clerical/administrative support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients to appointments per caseworker requests.
• Observe and supervise parent-child visits.
• Complete forms and document client contact in agency systems (IMPACT, etc.).
• Maintain appointment calendars for scheduling requests by caseworkers/supervisor.
• Perform clerical duties to support unit operations.
• Demonstrate respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and contacts.
• Attend work regularly according to policy.
