Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales professional to help small businesses thrive with payroll, HR and compliance solutions. You will develop opportunities through referral partners and direct outreach, building trusted advisor relationships with CPAs and clients while maintaining a high-volume activity cadence.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of relevant sales experience, comfort with fast sales cycles, and a track record of meeting goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles and transactional deal sizes.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high‑volume daily activity (calls, follow‑ups and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast‑paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
