Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in sales, a strong drive, coachability, and the ability to work toward quotas. Base salary with commissions is offered, along with a robust rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
