Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven sales professional to join our Channel Sales team in a fast‑paced environment. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, while building strong relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos and revenue.

You will manage high‑volume daily activity and a quick sales cycle, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high‑volume daily activity (calls, follow‑ups and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement and compliance.
• Manage a fast‑paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
