Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to generate new business, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and drive the sale of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions. You will execute high-volume activity and manage fast-paced cycles with small business owners, owning the process from prospecting to closing.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, resilience, and the ability to meet or exceed quotas within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop new client opportunities.
• Comfort with high activity, fast sales cycles, and transaction-oriented deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
