Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to drive new business for our payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will generate referrals, nurture CPAs and clients, and maintain a fast-paced outreach cadence to build a robust pipeline.

You will own the process from prospecting to closing, with a goal of uncapped earning potential and ongoing skill development in a high-growth sales environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
