You will drive sales, manage orders, and maintain a professional counter environment while collaborating with Outside Sales to grow accounts and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• 1–3 years in plumbing/HVAC or related industry preferred.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet goals and influence purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication for consultative selling and customer engagement.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Serve as a product expert by applying knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and related products to guide decisions.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to locate parts and provide information.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates to support account growth and service.
• Manage special orders and follow up on status, back-orders, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a professional counter environment and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE where required.
