Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $21.63/hour and may be higher based on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or sales; prior experience in HVAC or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Serve as a product expert by applying knowledge of HVAC products to guide customer decisions.
• Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling strategic products and programs.
• Utilize catalogs and databases to locate parts and provide accurate information.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account growth.
• Manage special orders and monitor order status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a professional, organized counter environment reflecting our quality and service.
