You will work Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-4:00 PM with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $19.62/hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in plumbing/HVAC or related industry preferred.
• Ability to meet goals and influence purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the counter, by phone, and by email to understand needs and recommend solutions.
