The role focuses on being a trusted advisor to plumbing and HVAC customers, leveraging product expertise and problem-solving skills to support business needs while aligning with our sales strategy. Responsibilities include engaging customers, learning product details, driving upsell opportunities, and ensuring accurate, timely information.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or sales; plumbing/HVAC preferred.
• Sales mindset with ability to meet goals and influence purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication skills for consultative selling and engagement.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers at the counter, by phone, and via email to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Serve as a product expert on plumbing, HVAC and related products to guide decisions.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer data to locate parts accurately.
• Process transactions efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account growth and service delivery.
• Manage special orders and monitor status, back-orders, and delivery timelines.
