Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them; schedule appointments with strong customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team.
• Understand billing processes and medical services for accurate documentation.
• Enter referral information and keep patient charts up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
