Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology in Chicago is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cosmetic Concierge. You will manage patient flow, scheduling, and follow-up, ensuring top-tier service in aesthetics and dermatology.

The role emphasizes patient education, billable insights, and seamless communication with providers. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a professional presence, and solid experience in medical office settings, with understanding of EMR systems and care

Qualifications

• Superior communication skills, oral and written.
• Professional, polished appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and sales; guide patients effectively.
• Computer literate; MS Office and EMR knowledge.
• Dependable, flexible, punctual; team player and leader.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while protecting patient privacy.
• HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA compliance awareness.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and follow-up before, during, and after treatment.
• Assist patients with scheduling; act as liaison between patient and provider.
• Explain treatment plans, costs and financing options.
• Manage patient communications by phone and email; document in EMR.
• Prepare cosmetic treatment plans in EMR; provide portal access and printouts.
• Oversee cosmetic patient experience and education coordination.
• Maintain schedules and follow physician templates; no-shows and recalls.
• Support promotions, products, and skincare services.
