Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a call center.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high service standards.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support billing processes and manage patient records.
• Enter referral information and keep medical charts up to date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
