Responsibilities

• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the right teams.
• Meet productivity benchmarks and understand billing and services.
• Enter referrals and manage patient records.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
