Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to bridge advanced technical domain expertise with partner enablement around the Cortex portfolio, our Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform.

In this dual-impact role you will build partner capability, architect SOC transformation strategies, and deliver high-impact technical enablement to help partners position, architect, and deliver Cortex solutions to end customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical pre-sales or solution consulting in Security Operations.
• Deep channel partner experience and understanding of partner ecosystems.
• Strong SOC workflow, threat hunting, and incident response knowledge.
• Technical proficiency in Networking, Cloud Security, and related domains.
• Hands-on product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical SME and advisor for focus partners.
• Develop joint business plans with channel sales for Cortex expansion.
• Deliver high-impact technical training and workshops for partner teams.
• Build deep technical relationships with partner engineers.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
• Feedback product roadmaps from partners to internal teams.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps and trends.
• Maintain records of engagements and pipeline impact.
