Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to blend advanced domain expertise with partner enablement across Cortex-focused partners. You’ll act as the primary technical SME for Cortex, guiding training, architecture, and deployment practices to drive partner success and market expansion.

You will empower partner teams to position and deliver Cortex solutions, shaping SOC transformations and driving pre-sales outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting experience within Security Operations.
• Channel Expertise: Proven track record with National partners, SI or distributors.
• Deep hands-on and architectural knowledge of SOC workflows, threat hunting, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to develop joint plans and growth opportunities.
• Deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to champion Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and architectural guidance to enable partners to win opportunities.
• Act as a feedback conduit to shape product roadmaps based on field insights.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and enablement milestones.
