Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to bridge advanced technical expertise with partner enablement across Cortex portfolio. You will serve as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for our partner ecosystem, driving SOC transformation strategies and enablement initiatives.

You will empower partners to position, architect, and deliver Cortex solutions to end customers, increasing win rates, expanding markets, and strengthening partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting in Security Operations.
• Experience with channel partners, national partners, SI and distributors.
• Hands-on SOC workflow knowledge and incident-response experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to develop joint plans and growth opportunities for Cortex expansion.
• Plan and deliver technical training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams on Cortex architectures and deployment.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams to advocate Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, enablement materials, and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
• Gather field insights to influence product roadmaps and communicate trends to internal teams.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and pipeline impact.
