Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Channel Cortex Domain Consultant to bridge advanced technical domain expertise with strategic partner enablement across Cortex. You will act as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for our Cortex portfolio, collaborating with partners to position, architect, and deliver Cortex solutions to end customers.

In this dual-impact role, you will build partner capability, craft SOC transformation strategies, and deliver high-impact enablement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting in Security Operations.
• Experience with channel partners, SI, distributors, and partner ecosystems.
• Deep SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response knowledge.
• Technical cyber domains including Networking and Cloud Security.
• Hands-on product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to train and mentor partners.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for enablement and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical SME and trusted advisor for key focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to build joint business plans and growth opportunities.
• Plan, build, and deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
• Feedback conduit between partners and Product/Marketing/R&D to shape roadmaps.
• Keep partners updated on product roadmaps and cybersecurity trends.
• Maintain records of partner engagements and pipeline impact.
