Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales or solution consulting in Security Operations including SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR.
• Channel partners and SI/DI distribution experience with channel sales models.
• Hands-on SOC workflows, threat hunting, and incident response knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical SME and trusted advisor for focus partners.
• Collaborate with channel sales to create joint plans and grow Cortex expansion.
• Deliver high-impact technical training, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
• Establish deep technical relationships with partner engineering teams.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and architectural guidance to win opportunities.
• Feed product roadmaps with partner insights to shape strategy.
• Keep partners updated on roadmaps, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain records of engagements, milestones, and pipeline impact.
