Elior North America, through its Summit brand, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for our West Chester, PA correctional facility kitchen. In this role you will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff in food service and sanitation, ensuring timely meals, proper portioning, and high-quality presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year culinary experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.
