Job summary

Elior North America, operating the Summit segment, seeks an experienced cook supervisor for Shelby County Jail, OH. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and strict adherence to quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will instruct and train employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensure on-time meal service, and uphold portion, appearance, and temperature standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume operation with scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering friendly customer service.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.
